Commercial Building Energy Rates are going up. Ecojiva is seeking a motivated and professional Energy Advisor to lead sales of ecoSEMS. ecoSEMS is a simple device that connects to property’s existing BMS (Building Management System) and enhances energy savings automatically using AI Models.
*NOTE - If you have existing relationships with Commercial Property Managers, you will be able to quickly close successful projects. “Product Sells Itself”.
Responsibilities
• Generate leads and prospect clients (property owners, managers, developers)
• Identify and connect with potential business clients via research, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct in-person site visits and walkthroughs
• Assist with application prep and document collection
• Assess client energy usage and propose tailored, cost-saving solutions
• Coordinate with internal project teams
• Deliver proposals and incentive breakdowns
Desired Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position,
You must have experience in selling large machinery to agricultural sectors or to manufacturing companies.
You should have knowledge in leasing and loan financial options.
You must have established accounts and good contacts with the decision makers of the company.
Requirements:
* 5 years of sales experience with solid contacts.
* Highly organized, Highly resilience
* Strong communication skills
* Proven ability to sell and grow sales
* Reliable transportation
